Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to bring into your life.

During the class, you will rest in savasana, supported by props as needed. The teacher will then guide you through a systematic meditation, leaving you with a sense of wholeness. In just 45 minutes, this meditation will encourage your physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
